Instructions for viewing:  It is best to view this page in Internet Explorer if you want to play the video in full screen mode.  By clicking on the multicolor play button to the left of the other controls, Internet Explorer will launch a full-screen viewer in a separate window (if not blocked by your security settings).  Press the escape ("ESC") button when you are through viewing the full-screen video.

To play the clip at the size shown here, just click on the play arrow (in Mozilla, Netscape, or Internet Explorer).  The clip can be paused and singled-stepped forward or backward if desired.  

Note that there is also a "slide show view" tab which will allow viewing and/or printing the key positions in groups of two, four, or nine frames.
